Our herbal lucid dreaming blend consists of 4 grams of a light mixture of  Mugwort and blue lotus leaf. Bittersweet taste with hints of floral aroma that is bound to make your sleep amazing.

Directions: 0.5-1 gram of tea with 8 ounces of water and let steep for 30-60 seconds. Let cool and enjoy!
