Relaxation Blend

our herbal relaxation blend consists of 4 grams of a light mixture of lavender, rose and chamomile. It has a sweet taste with  that is bound to make you calm within 30 minutes of drinking. 

Directions: 0.5-1 gram of tea with 8 ounces of water and let steep for 30 to 60 seconds. Let cool and enjoy!
